Instructions to Authors

Article Types
  • Research Articles: Up to 5000 words, presenting original research with standard sections (Abstract, Methods, Results, Discussion).
  • Protocols: Step-by-step methods with significant innovation and detailed instructions.
  • Benchmarks: Comparative studies evaluating multiple methods.
  • Resources: Reports on tools, databases, and services useful to researchers.
  • Reviews: Comprehensive overviews of specific biological topics.
  • Application Notes: Technical product-focused articles (not indexed).
  • Commentaries: Short expert opinions or perspectives.

Manuscripts must be submitted as a single MS Word file with embedded figures.
Abstract & Keywords
Abstract should not exceed 250 words and must summarize key findings clearly. Include up to 5 keywords in alphabetical order. Avoid citations in the abstract.
Figures & Tables
  • Figures must be numbered sequentially (Figure 1, Figure 2…)
  • Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi)
  • Tables should be self-explanatory with clear titles
  • Multi-panel figures should be combined into one image
References
The journal follows the Vancouver (numbered) referencing style. References should appear in the order cited using square brackets. Only published or accepted works should be included.
Supplementary Information
Supplementary materials should support the manuscript and be submitted as a single PDF file (max 20MB). Large datasets may be submitted separately (Excel format).
Formatting Guidelines
  • Manuscripts must be written in clear English
  • Use MS Word format only
  • Equations should use Equation Editor or MathType
  • Follow journal-specific limits for word count and references
